We act as recovery counsel for general insurers after a claim has been paid out. Our job is to step into the insured's shoes and pursue the party actually responsible for the loss — through negotiation, litigation, or insolvency proceedings.

• →Case assessment: liability theory, evidentiary gaps, and a realistic recovery range before we file.
• →Demand and negotiation with the responsible party or their insurer.
• →Civil litigation in the appropriate District Court, including appeal and cassation where needed.
• →PKPU or Kepailitan filings when the counterparty is insolvent and a court-supervised process gives a better recovery.

General insurers and reinsurers carrying open recovery files — particularly marine cargo, property, and motor portfolios where the responsible party is solvent but uncooperative.

Currently retained by one of Indonesia's largest state-owned general insurers to handle its national recovery portfolio, with active matters across Java, Sumatra, and Kalimantan.
